Markham Ward 2 Councillor萬錦市第二選區市議員
Born in Hong Kong, Ritch immigrated to Canada with his family in 2000 at age 14 — an experience that shaped his appreciation for community and for helping residents feel heard. He lives in Markham with his wife, Loretta, their daughter, Leia, and son, Leon. 劉肇麟出生於香港，2000年在14歲時隨家人移民加拿大，這段經歷讓他深深體會社區的重要性，以及讓居民感到被聆聽的意義。他與太太Loretta、女兒Leia及兒子Leon一同居於萬錦市。
Before public service, Ritch spent 15+ years in media and journalism as a radio host, reporter, and TV news anchor. He holds an Honours Specialist Degree in Mental Health Studies from UofT Scarborough and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Elected Ward 2 Councillor in 2022, he serves Civic Centre, Buttonville, Cachet, Cathedraltown, Victoria Square, and Springwater. 投身公共服務前，劉肇麟從事傳媒及新聞行業超過15年，曾任電台主持、記者及電視新聞主播。他持有多倫多大學士嘉堡分校精神健康研究榮譽學位，以及幼兒教育文憑。他於2022年當選第二選區市議員，服務Civic Centre、Buttonville、Cachet、Cathedraltown、Victoria Square及Springwater各社區。
